Effective January 2010, section 322.0261(1)(c) requires that if you were convicted of, or plead nolo contendre to your third traffic offense that caused a crash within 36 months, you must complete a department approved 12 hours Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI) Course which you can attend at our school, also complete 4 hours of behind-the-wheel training with us and lastly an evaluation of your driving ability (Driving Test at the DMV).
The department notifies you of this requirement based on a qualifying third at-fault crash occurring on or after January 1, 2010.
The notification directs you to complete the course within 90 days to avoid driver license suspension.

Complete our 12 Hour Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI) Course

Take 4 Hours of Behind The Wheel Driving Lessons
3.
Pass the extended road test at the Drivers License Office or Tax Collector's Office.
After completion of the 12 Hours ADI Course and the 4 hours behind the wheel Instruction, we will notify electronically the State of Florida of your 3 crashes in 3 years course completion.
